At CIRES, we care about the community and creating complete neighbourhoods through commercial real estate.
We do this with intentionality in who we lease to by curating a mix of market and non-market tenants that bring equity, vibrancy, and cohesion to local economies.
Our portfolio consists of small businesses, non-profits, and social enterprises. From East Van Roasters, a social enterprise that supports women facing barriers to employment to Dibeppe Restaurant, which provides delicious Italian food to the neighbourhood and weekly pizza to the women's housing above their business.
