As we step into 2026, we’re proud to share CIRES’ 2025 Annual Report — a look back at a year rooted in people, partnership, and purpose.
Last year, CIRES and our tenants worked together to turn space into impact:
$2.1 million in in-kind value rent helped non-profits, social enterprises, and small businesses stay rooted in their communities.
727 individuals facing barriers to traditional employment found jobs through CIRES tenants.
$500,000 in tenant-led contributions improved access to essential resources for inner-city residents.
These numbers tell a story about what’s possible when commercial real estate is used as a tool for community benefit.
