It’s been a while since we introduced ourselves, and what better way to do so than with a snapshot of our team in action—gathered around the table, sharing a meal, and reflecting on the work we do together.

At Community Impact Real Estate Society (CIRES), our team works hard to realize our mission: managing commercial spaces that serve the community, supporting small businesses and non-profits, and ensuring that social impact remains at the core of everything we do.

Each person at this table contributes to making it all happen. Whether it’s managing our portfolio of market and non-market commercial spaces, running Washington Community Market, or handling the many behind-the-scenes administrative and operational tasks that keep us moving forward, everything we do helps strengthen our community through inclusive and sustainable commercial real estate practices.

And, of course, what better way to celebrate our work than by choosing to support one of our own tenants? We enjoyed a great team lunch from Di Beppe!
